I Suck at Self-Care

There is no one-size-fits-all formula for feeling cared for. It also doesn’t have to consciously qualify as “self-care.” At the end of the day, self-care should be things that you invest in yourself to make yourself feel better, free, relaxed, joyful, all of the above.
